Puerto Rico DTOP-DIS-260a Commercial Passenger Medical

Applicants for Puerto Rico's commercial passenger vehicle license categories need this Spanish-language medical certification, a more detailed exam than the regular DTOP-DIS-260. The physician examines the applicant in person and answers twelve yes/no items on amputations, insulin-treated diabetes, heart, lung and blood pressure disease, seizures, psychiatric conditions, vision, hearing, controlled substances and alcoholism.

Who completes it

A physician licensed in Puerto Rico examines the applicant personally and completes all items after the identification block, signing with license number and specialties; the applicant also signs.

Submitting and payment

How to submit it
The applicant presents it at CESCO with the license application.
