From the visit to Omnimed, in four steps.

No integration to wait for. The note goes in the way you’d put in anything you typed: copy, then paste.

Record the visit

Ask for your patient’s consent, then record on your phone or computer.

Review the note

Vero writes it in your template. Edit anything before it goes in.

Copy it

One click on Copy, or ⌘C or Ctrl+C. With formatting or without.

Paste it into Omnimed

Paste it where you write the visit note in Omnimed. Or export it as a file.

Copy with formatting, or without.

Copy with formatting keeps the note’s headings and lists. If Omnimed drops them or adds odd spacing, choose Copy without formatting for clean plain text. Vero remembers your choice.

What Vero does with Omnimed, and what it doesn’t.

Vero does

  • Write the visit note

From your conversation, in your own template.

  • Copy it in one click

With formatting or without, ready to paste into Omnimed.

  • Export it

As a PDF or Word file, by email, or on paper.

  • Suggest codes

ICD-10-CA codes from the note, for you to check.

Vero doesn’t

  • Connect to Omnimed

It can’t open your charts, your schedule, or your patient list.

  • Write into Omnimed on its own

A note goes in when you paste it or attach it.

  • Submit claims

You enter codes in Omnimed’s billing yourself.

  • Need anything from Omnimed

No setup, no IT ticket, nothing to install in your EMR.

More than the note, ready for Omnimed too.

Your Omnimed template

Paste in the template you use in Omnimed. Vero keeps its sections, so notes come out in the order you chart.

Codes for you to check

Vero Codes suggests ICD-10-CA codes from the note, each with the note’s words behind it.

The paperwork from the same visit

Draft referral letters, fill PDF forms, and write patient instructions, then export them too.

Vero and Omnimed, answered.

Does Vero integrate with Omnimed?

Not directly. Vero doesn’t connect to Omnimed, so it can’t open your charts or write into them. You copy the finished note from Vero and paste it into Omnimed, or export it as a PDF or Word file. There’s nothing to install in your EMR and nothing to ask Omnimed for.

Can Vero write notes in French for Omnimed?

Yes. Choose French (Canadian) as the note’s language, and Vero writes the note in French, ready to paste into Omnimed.

How do I get a Vero note into Omnimed?

Open the note in Vero and click Copy, or press ⌘C or Ctrl+C with nothing selected. Then paste it where you write the visit note in Omnimed. To keep the note as a document instead, open Export and choose Export as PDF or Export as Word, or send it by email or print it.

Will the formatting survive the paste into Omnimed?

Copy’s menu has two choices. Copy with formatting keeps the note’s headings and lists. If Omnimed drops them or adds odd spacing, choose Copy without formatting for clean plain text. Vero remembers your choice. The Vero desktop app also puts rich text (RTF) on the clipboard, which some systems need to keep formatting.

Can Vero write notes in my Omnimed template?

Yes. Paste the template you use in Omnimed into Vero and it keeps the sections, so the note comes out in the order you chart. Each edit you make teaches that template your phrasing.

Can I record on my phone and paste into Omnimed on my computer?

Yes. Your visits sync across Vero’s phone apps, desktop app, and browser, so you can record on your phone and copy the note into Omnimed from your computer.
