An AI scribe for Med Access. Copy, paste, or export.

Vero writes the visit note from your conversation. Copy it into Med Access with one click, or export it as a PDF or Word file. Vero doesn’t connect to Med Access directly, so there’s nothing to install or set up.

From the visit to Med Access, in four steps.

No integration to wait for. The note goes in the way you’d put in anything you typed: copy, then paste.

Record the visit

Ask for your patient’s consent, then record on your phone or computer.

Review the note

Vero writes it in your template. Edit anything before it goes in.

Copy it

One click on Copy, or ⌘C or Ctrl+C. With formatting or without.

Paste it into Med Access

Paste it where you write the visit note in Med Access. Or export it as a file.

Copy with formatting, or without.

Copy with formatting keeps the note’s headings and lists. If Med Access drops them or adds odd spacing, choose Copy without formatting for clean plain text. Vero remembers your choice.

What Vero does with Med Access, and what it doesn’t.

Vero does

  • Write the visit note

From your conversation, in your own template.

  • Copy it in one click

With formatting or without, ready to paste into Med Access.

  • Export it

As a PDF or Word file, by email, or on paper.

  • Suggest codes

ICD-10-CA, MSP, AHCIP, and OHIP codes from the note, for you to check.

Vero doesn’t

  • Connect to Med Access

It can’t open your charts, your schedule, or your patient list.

  • Write into Med Access on its own

A note goes in when you paste it or attach it.

  • Submit claims

You enter codes in Med Access’s billing yourself.

  • Need anything from TELUS Health

No setup, no IT ticket, nothing to install in your EMR.

More than the note, ready for Med Access too.

Your Med Access template

Paste in the template you use in Med Access. Vero keeps its sections, so notes come out in the order you chart.

Codes for you to check

Vero Codes suggests ICD-10-CA, MSP, AHCIP, and OHIP codes from the note, each with the note’s words behind it.

The paperwork from the same visit

Draft referral letters, fill PDF forms, and write patient instructions, then export them too.

Vero and Med Access, answered.

Does Vero integrate with Med Access?

Not directly. Vero doesn’t connect to Med Access, so it can’t open your charts or write into them. You copy the finished note from Vero and paste it into Med Access, or export it as a PDF or Word file. There’s nothing to install in your EMR and nothing to ask TELUS Health for.

How do I get a Vero note into Med Access?

Open the note in Vero and click Copy, or press ⌘C or Ctrl+C with nothing selected. Then paste it where you write the visit note in Med Access. To keep the note as a document instead, open Export and choose Export as PDF or Export as Word, or send it by email or print it.

Will the formatting survive the paste into Med Access?

Copy’s menu has two choices. Copy with formatting keeps the note’s headings and lists. If Med Access drops them or adds odd spacing, choose Copy without formatting for clean plain text. Vero remembers your choice. The Vero desktop app also puts rich text (RTF) on the clipboard, which some systems need to keep formatting.

Can Vero write notes in my Med Access template?

Yes. Paste the template you use in Med Access into Vero and it keeps the sections, so the note comes out in the order you chart. Each edit you make teaches that template your phrasing.

Can I record on my phone and paste into Med Access on my computer?

Yes. Your visits sync across Vero’s phone apps, desktop app, and browser, so you can record on your phone and copy the note into Med Access from your computer.

Can Vero suggest codes for billing in Med Access?

Vero Codes suggests ICD-10-CA, MSP, AHCIP, and OHIP codes from the note, each with the note’s words behind it. You check them and enter them in Med Access yourself. Vero doesn’t submit claims.

Is Vero PIPEDA and PHIPA compliant?

Yes. Vero is PIPEDA and PHIPA compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified. Canadian patient data is stored in Canada, live recordings are never stored, and your patients’ data is never used to train AI models.

Is Vero affiliated with TELUS Health?

No. Med Access is made by TELUS Health. Vero is an independent AI scribe and isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by TELUS Health.
