Open the note in Vero and click Copy, or press ⌘C or Ctrl+C with nothing selected. Then paste it where you write the visit note in Healthie. To keep the note as a document instead, open Export and choose Export as PDF or Export as Word, or send it by email or print it.
Copy’s menu has two choices. Copy with formatting keeps the note’s headings and lists. If Healthie drops them or adds odd spacing, choose Copy without formatting for clean plain text. Vero remembers your choice. The Vero desktop app also puts rich text (RTF) on the clipboard, which some systems need to keep formatting.
