Does every Speke AI note go through a human scribe?
Speke AI Express creates automated notes for the clinician to review. Speke AI Pro adds trained specialists who check the draft and support EHR entry. With Vero, you edit your notes directly and use Learn to carry your preferences into future notes.
Can I choose how long Vero keeps my notes?
Yes. Keep automatic deletion off, or choose a retention period from 1 to 365 days in Data retention settings. The period runs from encounter creation and includes archived encounters. Speke states that visits are deleted 72 hours after they are marked Complete.
Can I use my own references in Vero Evidence?
Yes. Add PDFs, Word documents, text files or public links to an Evidence Collection. Select that collection in Evidence or Chat to ask questions using your clinic’s protocols and guidelines, with citations you can follow back to the source.
How does Vero help with documents after the note?
Upload your clinic’s fillable PDF as a reusable template. Vero fills the fields from the encounter while keeping the form’s layout. Review and export the result, then reuse the same template for your next referral, certificate or recurring form.
